Having founded and contributed to the growth of several successful start-ups in foodservice, retail, event planning, marketing, and printing, Blanca puts her entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge to work at Visa Business Plans. A solution finder by nature, Blanca's analyses are the foundation of many of Visa Business Plans' cases, leading to ingenious solutions that are based both on business principles and a unique and creative vision. With an extensive design and marketing background, Blanca’s leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in the growth and expansion of our company. Blanca is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.

Yuval Grainer

Project Manager

Yuval Grainer is the Project Manager at Visa Business Plans. He graduated from University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business in 2015 with a degree in Finance. After graduation, he began working as a Business Analyst for Visa Business Plans, where he was promoted to Project Manager for his outstanding performance and his acute attention to detail. As the Project Manager, he has worked with foreign executives, managers, and immigration attorneys to meet governmental requirements for E-2, EB-5, L-1A, EB-2, and O-1 business visa approval, and has overseen the production of 500 business plans. Furthermore, Yuval is responsible for ensuring Visa Business Plans’ financial team follows the company’s strict 77-point quality control checklist. Yuval is a student of Judaic culture and Israeli history, and is proficient in both Spanish and English.

Mariana Armelin

Customer Service Manager

Since 2014, Mariana (Mari) Armelin has been the Customer Service Manager at Visa Business Plans. In this position, Mari has served as the ‘face’ of the company, ensuring clients receive outstanding and empathetic service from end-to-end. Mari works closely with both clients and team members in every department to coordinate interactions, answer questions, and assist in every step of the business plan writing process. Mari has received degrees and certifications from Miami-Dade College, University of Miami, and Florida International University. She has an extensive background in both paralegal work and accounting, having worked in multiple positions over the past eighteen years. Mari is fluent in verbal and written English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Simone de Medeiros

Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst, Simone De Medeiros-Vivas focuses on developing thorough financial models for Visa Business Plans’ clients. A Brazilian native, Simone works with both the Project Manager and the clients to gain a deep understanding of each business model, prepare financial and personnel tables, and ensure compliance with USCIS guidelines and adjudication standards. With her strong analytical skills, Simone is adept at spotting potential issues early on to make sure Visa Business Plans’ clients’ projects are rock solid. With extensive experience in the food service and hospitality industries and a degree in Business, Simone is fluent in verbal and written English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
