L1A (L-1A) Visa Business Plans
Professional, Thorough & Effective
The L1A (L-1A) visa is very popular among foreign businesses, investors, and companies who are seeking to expand their operations, create a new venture or purchase an operating business in the United States. Having a thorough and detailed plan is essential to articulating the need for an L1A (L-1A) visa to immigration officers.

L1-A Business Plans with job duties
Our L-1 business plans include a qualifying relationship section, an investment
section, and 5-year projections for staffing, revenue, and profit and loss.
We understand the critical importance of L classification. Therefore, we
ask immigration attorneys how they intend to classify the beneficiary
(executive, people manager, or functional manager). This helps us build
a staffing plan and organizational chart, detailing hierarchy and staffing levels.
We craft industry-specific job duties for the beneficiary and projected
subordinates for Year 1, breaking down duties into the four prongs of
L manager or executive classification and including the percentage of
time for each task.
L1-A Business Plans without job duties
This business plan will have the same content as an L business plan, except
for the job description section.
Sometimes clients and/or immigration attorneys prefer to provide their
own set of job duties. In this case, we will not craft detailed job descriptions.
This option will have a lower fee than an L business plan with job duties.
At Visa Business Plans, we can deliver immaculate, highly detailed and professionally crafted business plans that are tailored to a client’s unique situation. We work closely with each client and immigration attorney to ensure an effective presentation and positive impression of a client’s project to USCIS officials – leaving no doubts or questions concerning the feasibility of a business. All plans are guaranteed to meet USCIS guidelines and current visa adjudication standards.
