Visa Business Plans Sponsors the 2023 APAC Annual Conference

Visa Business Plans is proud to sponsor the 2023 APAC Annual Conference taking place in Tokyo, Japan, on May 11th and 12th, 2023, at the Hotel New Otani Tokyo. Since 2013, the Asia Pacific chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association has organized an annual conference for members to come together, learn from one another, and engage with high-ranking U.S. officials from agencies such as the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

The APAC is comprised of 285 members, many of whom practice U.S. immigration law overseas in the APAC region (China, Taiwan, Japan, Philippines, Australia, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, etc.)

Topics for the 2023 event will include consular processing of employment and family-based visas, the EB-5 immigrant investor program, start-up businesses utilizing E-1, E-2, L-1, and O-1 visas, regional Japanese immigration law, and immigrant and nonimmigrant waivers. Marco Scanu, Visa Business Plans CEO, will be present at the APAC Annual Conference to discuss the impact a strong business plan can have on visa petitions such as E-1, E-2, L-1, O-1, EB-5 and EB-2/NIWs.

Participating in events like the AILA Annual Conference on Immigration Law allows Visa Business Plans to further position itself as a pioneer and leader in the immigration business plan sector and stay up-to-date on immigration trends and business opportunities. By closely monitoring these trends, Visa Business Plans is able to constantly adapt its projects to make sure they cover the latest immigration requirements while remaining rock-solid to confront any challenge.
